Carrier Compliance Solution

The HWY905^TM Carrier Compliance Solution was developed to support channel partner compliance requirements to meet delivery on time. The process begins when HWY905 issues an automatic carrier Tender EDI 211 to the selected carrier. The system will wait as configured for an EDI 214 reply before choosing the next highest ranked carrier. The system will continue this process until a carrier has successfully transmitted an appointmnent confirmation to pick up.

HWY905^TM Carrier Compliance Solution addresses these requirements by automatically monitoring the receipt of carrier 214’s and providing a tool for uniform KPI measuring. Reports can be tailored to measure Carrier performance.
