The HWY905TM Solution allows sales departments to create and fulfill sales orders against real-time inventory information. Following completion of an order receipt, the Vigna HWY905TM Solution can update the ERP application. Per the order release process, orders are dropped into the HWY905TM Solution. Before the orders are actually sent to the warehouse operators, the orders are held in a HWY905TM Transportation Optimizer Solution. This program will optimize all orders by Carrier, customer, requested delivery date and other criteria. Based on these customer defined tables and definition, the orders will be dropped to warehouse operations for picking and shipping.
The HWY905TM Solution will automatically generates pick lists, bin locations, and customer shipping documentation directly from the Sales order system or manually entered order into the HWY905TM WMS. This process can be either done wirelessly or in paper form. As a result of directed activity, picking speed and accuracy is greatly improved and sales orders are fulfilled on time. This process will insure that the correct material, quantity and locations are chosen. HWY905TM solution can process in a Wave Directed Basis (many orders at a time) or individual order picks.
