As with all Vigna services, we will work with your logistics, customer order entry and other departments to make sure the real time alerts are set up to make sure your customer commitments are kept on time. Our Customer Service Representatives will monitor all deliveries through built in EDI and other WEB Services with Carriers to insure Customer Appointment and Actual Deliveries are made when the customer expects them.
Automatic alerts to Vigna Supervisor and other responsible parties are also a part of this service. Additionally regular weekly reporting or all monitoring are provided to insure that everyone is meeting expectations.
