Srini Vaidy
Srini Vaidy, the founder of VIGNA INC, has served as a president & CEO since July 1993. Srini conceptualized, designed and developed Warehouse Management solution and Supply chain Execution Software.
From 1989 until 1990, Srini was a senior software engineer for ASIAN Paints, Bombay and LINC software services, a software development company, where he specialized in the design and implementation of information systems for the various industries.
From 1991 until 1993, Srini was a senior software engineer for HONDA, a car manufacturing company and IBM, software services, where he specialized in the design and implementation of MRP and Warehouse Management system.
Srini received his bachelor's degree in Mathematics from the Bharathidasan University and has Master in Computer Science from Regional Engineering College, Trichy.
Baala Vaidy
Baala joined VIGNA in 1996 , bringing an excellent background in both business management and IT services, a successful track record in leading growth organizations.
Baala oversees sales, services, account management and operations.
Baala has almost two decades of experience includes product sales , IT Projects and services in Consumer Electronics and Cosmetics, Healthcare industries.Clients served include: Panasonic, Pfizer, Avon, Wipro-GE Medical Systems, BPL Systems
Baala began his career in 1987 with BPL India and played a vital role in the area of product sales , moved to WIPRO-GE Medical Systems in 1991, where held positions of increasing responsibility over a 6 year period. Baala is a recipient of Six Sigma award during his tenure with WIPRO-GE.
Baala holds a Masters degree in Physics and post graduate diploma in business management from Indian Universities.
Venkat Sathyamurthy
Prior to joining VIGNA in July 2006, Venkat worked
as an Engineer at Microsoft Corporation in Redmond, WA. Venkat joined Microsoft in 1997 and worked
on various Microsoft's flagship products like Windows 2000, Windows XP and Visual Studio. Venkat's experience at
the company provided him with in depth knowledge of industry standards such as security, scalability,
performance and reporting that are essential to enterprise software products.
Venkat started his career in 1993 in Chennai,India and then worked as a
consultant between 1994-1997 on various projects for organizations such as
Citibank (Bahrain), EDS and IBM.
Venkat has a M.S in Software Engineering from Seattle University.
